We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-value procurement activities across bespoke projects in the Nuclear sector.
Salary: £55,000 - £71,000 + benefits
Location: Warrington (with hybrid working available)
Sector: Nuclear
This is a senior position within the Procurement & Supply Chain function, with responsibility for leading procurement teams, managing key supplier relationships, and delivering procurement strategies that meet demanding project requirements in safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
You will:
- Lead and manage procurement activity across major bespoke equipment and service packages.
- Develop and execute robust procurement strategies that align with business and project objectives.
- Oversee tendering, evaluation and contract management processes to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships to secure value and drive performance.
- Manage risks and ensure effective commercial governance throughout project execution.
- Contribute to developing a resilient supply chain that supports both project delivery and long-term business growth.
Degree-qualified or equivalent, with CIPS membership (or significant practical experience).
Strong background in procurement and supply chain within complex project environments.
Demonstrable expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation and delivery assurance.
Experience with NEC3/4 contracting models, cost modelling and commercial governance.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proven ability to manage procurement for large, bespoke packages with a focus on value creation and risk mitigation.

Hybrid working with regular presence required at the Warrington office.
