About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at a multidisciplined construction company based in Maidstone. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement function
- Cover the Facilities Management (FM) procurement role one day per week
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet procurement needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Previous experience in procurement or administrative roles is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP software is a plus.
