Procure2Pay (P2P) Assistant - South Wales Fire & Rescue Service

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Finance, Procurement & Property Department based at Fire Service Headquarters, Forest View Business Park, Llantrisant for the role of Procure to Pay (P2P) Assistant.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Service has an efficient and effective procurement service, processing orders and making supplier payments. They will liaise with internal customers and external suppliers to resolve any issues with ordering, delivery and invoice payment. The role also requires researching and arranging appropriate travel and accommodation for members of the Fire Service.

Requirements

Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential. The role may involve travel between sites throughout the South Wales area; the successful candidate must be able to travel independently and a driving licence check will be required.
