Central Operations Team Leader - Hybrid City of London

Our client, a London Market Broker is looking for a Team Lead to join their Central Operations team.

Experience:
-5-years experience minimum in leading Contract Load/Premium Processing teams. A solid leader who can oversee teams and do some processing themselves.
-Highly knowledgeable/experieced with MRC Slips
-Overseeing 4-5 Technician reports.
-Someone with London market experience, broking is highly advantageous
-Eclipse broking would be a plus.
