Process Systems Engineer

Objective (Across UAT and Go-Live)

• Proficiently utilise multiple systems applications to drive the operational performance of the site.
• Order release management into the warehouse pick environment.
• Real time troubleshooting.
• Monitoring the execution of the Wave Management process.
• Monitoring of replenishments.
• Adhere/chasing of pick sequencing/routes.
• Responsible for the outbound process to ensure customer orders are dispatched.
• Reporting and closing all defects in the UAT steps.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete all UAT scenarios as assigned by line manager.
• Escalation of issues through documented escalation procedure.
• Identifying areas of improvement in day-to-day operations.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum Honors Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 3-4 years prior Process engineering experience.
• Experience in the Pharma/FMCG sectors an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification an advantage.
