Job Description & Summary As a Process Specialist at Grant Thornton, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across client engagements and internal functions. You will lead process improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply analytical and project management skills to deliver measurable business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities Process Analysis & Design : Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Design and document optimised workflows aligned with strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and feedback. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align process changes with business needs. Implementation & Change Management : Lead or support the rollout of process improvements, including training and communication plans. Monitor adoption and effectiveness of new processes, adjusting as needed. Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Develop KPIs and dashboards to track process performance. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and clients. Project Leadership : Manage or contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Support risk management and compliance efforts related to process changes. Skills and Experience Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field. 4-7 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or business analysis. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro). Skills and Competencies Prior consulting experience in a professional services environment is desirable. Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical; and Exceptional communication and relationship building skills across project team, key partners and executive management. Flexible working environment: At Grant Thornton we promote a flexible working environment and are currently support a hybrid working model. We also offer employees the opportunity to avail of a compressed working week the Friday before each Bank Holiday and every week from June - August inclusive.
