About Your New Job

As the Process Scientist Team Leader, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the TSA team, providing technical expertise and leadership for process deviations, root cause investigations, CAPAs, and process improvements.
• Oversee the execution of the technical agenda at the site, including technology transfer, process validation, and manufacturing operations.
• Author, review, and execute validation studies and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prioritize workload for self and team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address TSA activity-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What Skills You Need

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, with experience in new product introductions and product support.
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals); advanced degrees such as MSc. and PhD. are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment, including solid dose, parenterals, and/or biologicals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead root cause analysis and effective investigation practices.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
