Job Description
  • Develop and implement process safety management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis to identify and mitigate potential safety issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain a culture of safety.
  • Oversee training programmes to ensure staff are equipped with necessary safety knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on process safety performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Safety Manager should have:

  • A degree in engineering, safety management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in process safety within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
