Here, you'll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.Making animals' lives better makes life better - join our team today!Your role:To operate recovery plant for antibiotics on 12hr 5 shift pattern rota to deliver the annual committed volumes to budgeted efficiency.To ensure safe plant operations and quality standards are maintained.To take ownership of the plant and undertake simple problem solving to resolve issues.Your responsibilities:Operate manufacturing plant equipment (manual and computer-controlled) in line with cGMP requirementsMonitor performance, identify deviations, and take appropriate actionSupport raw material receipt, sampling, warehousing, and product dispatchCarry out routine sampling and basic analytical activities as requiredMaintain accurate and compliant documentation (batch records, logs, SAP entries, etc.)Ensure all activities are conducted safely, following EHS procedures and permits to workParticipate in environmental monitoring and maintain high housekeeping standardsWork collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and improve processesCoach and support other team members where requiredWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):Experience with process plant equipment including pumps, valves, isolations, large unit operations, and control systems (HMI)Technical Operations experienceProficient in computer-controlled and manual plant operations following SOPsUnderstanding of Safe Systems of WorkExperience working with and performing LOTO activities, hazard awareness, and reportingStrong problem solving, action planning, and execution skillsAbility to work autonomously within bulk processing operationsExperience with batch production documentation and performance reportingUnderstanding of quality systems complianceCommitment to working within a safety-first environmentExperience within chemical, bulk pharmaceutical, petrochemical, process manufacturing, or food processing industriesExperience working shifts across control room and manual plant operationsWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):DeltaV or similar control systems experienceExperience within recovery plants or similar process environmentsKnowledge of water extraction and drying systemsExperience working in cGMP / FDA / MHRA regulated environmentsFLT licenceExperience with deviation management and CAPA processesDon't meet every single requirement?
