Job Description
TEMP TO PERM ROLE 
We are recruiting for PROCESS OPERATIVES for our client in Hereford, a global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing.
The role offers immediate start, with training provided and opportunities for career progression. The position is a continental shift role.
Duties- Machine setting and operation
- Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
- Supporting preventative maintenance activities
- Ensuring the site is kept secure at all times
- Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
- Relaying to management any problems or opportunities as they arise
- Permanent position after a successful trial period
- Training and development
- Overtime available at Time and a Half
- 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging 39 hours per week
- Days: 7am 7pm (Monday to Friday); Nights: 7pm 7am (Monday to Friday)
- Pay Rate: £13.98 per hour, £20.97 per hour for overtime hours over the standard weekly shift
- Paid annual leave pro rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Online payslips, weekly pay and pension contribution
- On going assignments
