Process Operative

Brightwork is hiring a Process Operative at a well known client's meat processing site in Turriff.

There are no prior experience requirements; full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

• Week 1 - Day shift (Monday Friday): 6 am to 3:30 pm
• Week 2 - Back shift (Monday Friday): 2 pm to 10 pm
• Week 3 - Night shift (Monday Friday): 10 pm to 6 am

Salaries

• Day and back shift: £12.87 per hour, increasing to £13.27 per hour after 26 weeks
• Night shift: £15.37 per hour, increasing to £15.77 per hour after 26 weeks

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain the effluent plant process in line with Anglian water regulations
• Ensure site effluent discharge consents are at the correct levels
• Maintain good water clarity
• Carry out soil processing tasks
• Complete chemical checks
• Verify equipment is processing correctly
• Liaise with the engineering team on plant levels
• Complete daily clean down
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks
