Are you an experienced Process Integration Engineer ready for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join an advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment, supporting the development and optimization of production processes for high-reliability applications, particularly in the automotive domain. This is an on-site role in the Netherlands, working within a large-scale fabrication facility.

You'll be part of a collaborative engineering team dedicated to improving manufacturing performance, scaling new technologies, and ensuring the highest standards in quality and yield.

Responsibilities:

• Support the introduction and qualification of new processes into production
• Lead and execute improvement initiatives related to quality, reliability, yield, cost, and productivity
• Analyze and resolve complex integration issues, translating device problems into process or equipment solutions
• Drive and lead cross-functional project teams and 8D improvement teams
• Adapt product and test designs to align with process parameters
• Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process integration or semiconductor manufacturing, preferably at a senior or principal engineer level
• Demonstrated leadership in projects or improvement activities
