Process Excellence Lead

The Land Development Agency in Ireland is seeking a Process Manager to lead process excellence within the Business & Transformation Unit. You will analyse current processes, design future-state operating models, and embed continuous improvement to deliver efficiency and measurable outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager - Transformation and work with stakeholders, project teams, and IT to ensure governance, systems, and performance metrics align with strategic objectives.
