C&A is seeking an experienced, process savvy data driven, and highly service oriented focused Logistics Operations Process Engineer to join the Logistics team to support our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme. The mission of the F4F programme is to modernize C&A's processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that, by end of 2029, C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven. The Process Engineer Logistics will play a key role in the success of the largest digital transformation in the history of C&A! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Act as Functional Lead for Transportation Operations. Ensure the program is aligned with the business needs. Consider end-to-end processes (between functions). Lead Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for function/business area, manage projects, ensure alignment with business goals. Design and document with the support of the SMEs L4 processes for a dedicated area within Logistics & Operations. Ensure that Tran
