Job Description

Rolls-Royce is seeking to fill 6 positions within the Overhaul & Maintenance Methods (OMM) skill group as part of the UK&I Defence Mature Programmes. The role involves defining, validating, and supporting maintenance policies and procedures at the product level, including build and strip methods and tooling.

The engineers will focus on ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance and overhaul processes, supporting the design and validation of technical instructions and tooling, and working closely with other engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate maintenance concepts, methods, and tools for engine MRO operations.
• Manage design and manufacturing of Ground Support Equipment within the supply chain.
• Identify and implement cost reduction in Engine MRO.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and develop maintenance policies.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve technical solutions and support new overhaul facilities.
• Support product safety through high-quality methods and tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM or relevant engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of product design, materials, repair, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with technical publications; XML/SGML skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of the Defence engine portfolio.

Candidates must hold UK nationality and be able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
