Your responsibilities as a Process Operator In this role, you ensure that the production line runs efficiently and safely. You perform basic maintenance, monitor quality, and help improve the production process. Setting up and converting machines for various production runs. Checking product quality and packaging according to standards. Logging issues and suggesting improvements for better production efficiency. Gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €4,000, including shift allowance. Temporary contract with a strong chance of permanent employment. Full-time job (40 hours per week) in 3-shift rotation. Internal operator training provided - learn and grow on the job! Flexible pay schedule: choose between weekly or every 4 weeks. You're available full-time and willing to work in 3-shifts. Minimum MBO level 1 or 2 (or equivalent work/learning experience). Previous technical experience in a production or manufacturing setting. Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written).
