It is looking for an AGENT from 80 to 100% in the open environment sector.Your responsibilitiesYou will follow individuals who have committed offenses of varying severity, with the most diverse profiles, ensuring compliance with the conditions related to assistance and reporting any violations to the authority. You will achieve individualized and optimal care, taking into account the applicable directives. You will assume overall responsibility, also in the context of implementing social support as per the law on social action in Vaud (Integration Income).Your profileYou have a degree in social work (social work assistant HES, master's or bachelor's degree in social work/social sciences) and/or criminal law (master's in criminology or law, etc.). With a strong personality, you possess a sense of responsibility and authority. You know how to establish and maintain a framework with rigor and firmness. You are also able to demonstrate empathy and openness in supporting marginalized and vulnerable individuals. You have excellent writing skills and master the necessary tools. A clean criminal record is required.
