A well regarded Doncaster law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Probate Solicitor to join its established Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of estate administration matters within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will manage Probate files from instruction through to completion, advising clients on estate administration, inheritance tax, grants of representation and related matters. You will provide clear, practical guidance during what can often be a sensitive time for clients.
The firm is seeking:
- A qualified Solicitor with solid Probate experience
- Confidence managing estate administration matters independently
