Proactive Tenancy & Property Manager

Pear Recruitment is seeking a Tenancy Progressor / Property Manager to join our lettings team in Potters Bar. The role covers tenancy processes from references to move-out, and managing a portfolio of residential properties with landlords and tenants.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and able to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Driver with own car is required; hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
