Proactive Performance Improvement Coach

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Performance Improvement Specialist to enhance individual and team performance within the Employee Relations Centre of Expertise. You'll coach managers, support early intervention and ensure fair, consistent performance and probation decisions.

You'll use data to identify patterns, develop targeted interventions, and align performance management with employment law and business priorities.
