We are looking for an exceptional community based nurseto join our team at Mid Hampshire Healthcare which covers the Andover and the Winchester N & E area. This is a part time role for 30 hours per week (Days to be agreed) and will consider a job share if you are looking for fewer hours. Applicant must be an NMC Registered Nurse and have access to a vehicle as the role requires visiting patients in their own homes.

Previous experience of communitynursing is a benefit but not essential as we offer a structured trainingdevelopment programme with formal support, provided. Main duties of the jobAs a community nurse, you will be directly involved in facilitating and shaping self-care for patients with long term conditions in order to help keep them as well as possible in their own homes.
