Proactive Alcohol Outreach Worker

Waythrough is recruiting an Assertive Alcohol Outreach Worker to support individuals with long-standing alcohol use across Northumberland, covering Blyth. The role is outreach-based, often independent, with a mobile caseload and collaborative teamwork for coordinated support.

You will complete assessments, care planning, and reviews while maintaining records and safeguarding duties in a community setting. DBS checks and driving are required.
