Private Sector Housing Officer - HMO Licensing & Enforcement

Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking two Private Sector Housing Officers to deliver licensing, enforcement, and related services in private sector housing, including HMO licensing.

You will work in a local authority environment, holding a degree/diploma in Environmental Health or an HNC in Housing Practice, with desirable HHSRS competency. Site inspections and use of standard computerised systems are expected.
