The Private Patient's Administrator will be the face of Sussex Premier Health at our evening clinics currently held on Friday 9am - 5pm, Tuesday and Wednesday evening clinics 4pm - 8.15pm. Remaining hours to suit the needs of business.
As well as being an integral part of the small SPH finance and admin team by providing full administrative support.
Main duties of the jobTo provide administrative support to the finance & admin team and to provide an efficient, courteous and friendly reception service to accommodate the needs of patients, consultants and nursing staff during our outpatient clinics.

Person Specification Qualifications- Good general knowledge to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivlient knowledge and experience
- Previous experience of reception / administration work
- Previous experience of working as part of a team
- Experience of using Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience working in a health care sector
- Previous use of Compucare 8
- Demonstrate a warm and welcoming manner with good interpersonal communication and telephone skills
- Ability to learn/undertake training on departmental IT and manual systems
- Good keyboard and computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- To be able to organise own workload and prioritise where necessary
- Knowledge of medical terminology

£24,465 a year Salary will be pro-rata based on hours worked.
