Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on private label dairy, continental meats, and cheese to maximise market penetration and revenue growth
  • Strengthen existing relationships with vetted suppliers, ensuring high product quality and timely delivery
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers that align with commitment to quality and innovation
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop compelling product ranges tailored to retailer requirements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales tactics and product development
The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Label Sales Lead will have:

  • Proven sales track record in private label offering and development across the UK retailer landscape
  • Exposure of the dairy market, including emerging trends, key players, and supply chain considerations - preference
  • Strong existing network of supplier and retailer contacts within the UK and European markets
  • Ability to negotiate and establish beneficial supplier agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
