We have a new role for a Corporate Solicitor - Private Equity c 6-8 PQE to join a well-established international corporate team

The Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have strong private equity and M&A experience representing clients on complex cross-border transactions

You will have an exceptional track record both academically and professionally

Prior experience working with energy clients or financial institutions and other major investors would be ideal
