Job Description

• Provide comprehensive legal support to the private equity team.
• Assist in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.

• Maintain an organised system of detailed records and files.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Support the team in preparation for trials, hearings, and meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Equity Paralegal should have:

• A degree in law or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a Private Equity Paralegal role.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
• Strong knowledge of private equity.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
