Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 6-8 years' post-qualification and strong experience in private equity and M&A
• Trained at a Magic Circle or elite US City law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships
• Experience advising energy clients or sophisticated financial institutions such as investment banks, institutional lenders, and other major investors is essential
