Private Equity Legal Counsel - Funds & Negotiation

Schroders is seeking a Legal Counsel for the Schroders Capital Private Equity team in London. You will manage all legal aspects of the private equity fund and product structuring, investment processes, and related contracts, reporting to the global private markets legal network.

Demonstrable 2-4 years' PQE in private equity, with a strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures and key regulations (AIFMD, SFDR, SDR).
