Private Client Will Writer

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Will Writer to join its friendly and supportive team based in Mansfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and providing clear, practical advice on planning for the future.

You will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills

• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

• Advising on and drafting Trusts

• Providing sensitive and clear guidance to clients on estate planning

• Experience handling Wills, LPAs and Trusts

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Able to manage a caseload independently

• Organised with strong attention to detail
