A well-established and highly regarded accountancy and tax practice is looking to recruit a Private Client Tax Director to join its growing Private Client team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client tax professional to step into a senior leadership role, with a clear and supported pathway to Partner for the right individual.
The role
Key responsibilities- Delivering bespoke private client tax advisory work, including succession planning, inheritance tax planning, residency and domicile advice, and trust planning.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to key clients and managing long term client relationships.
- Identifying and developing new advisory opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Reviewing complex tax work and providing technical oversight across the team.
- Supporting Partners on strategic planning and growth of the Private Client practice.
- Mentoring and developing Managers and Assistant Managers, helping to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
- CTA qualification (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in private client tax advisory
- A strong track record of managing high net worth and complex private clients
- Experience supporting business development and practice growth
- A clear ambition to progress to Partner
