• Work closely with senior team members to deliver tailored, high-quality tax advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships by understanding individual needs and delivering effective solutions
• Participate in client meetings, contributing to discussions and helping to drive practical outcomes
• Support business development activities, including external networking and relationship-building
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team, including expanding regional market presence

• CTA qualified or qualified by experience

• Proven experience managing a personal client portfolio
• Experience supporting or leading team initiatives (desirable, though not a formal people management role)

• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative working style with the ability to support and develop colleagues
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
• Proactive, client-focused approach with strong relationship-building capability
