Private Client Solicitor: Wills, Probate & Trusts

Wake Smith Solicitors is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Private Client team in Sheffield. The role will focus on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, with experience in Trust Administration and Tax Returns.

The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' PQE and demonstrate excellent knowledge across all Wills and Probate matters, plus strong client care and communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
