A Private Client Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE is sought to join a leading team in Hertfordshire, offering a full time role with a salary range of £55,000-£70,000 dependent on experience. The position involves advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, wealthy families, and professional advisers on complex wealth planning, trusts, inheritance tax, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection, while managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and wealth preservation.
• Provide tailored advice on estate planning and trust structures.
• Develop long term client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE and strong technical expertise in private client law.
• Confidence in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in developing long term relationships with clients and professional referrers.
• STEP, SFE, or another relevant private client accreditation is highly advantageous.
