Requirements

• Strong technical Private Client expertise across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
• Proven track record at senior fee-earner level with readiness to take on greater responsibility
• Existing client following, introducer network or a demonstrable business plan to drive growth
• Proven ability to maintain and develop long-term high net worth client relationships
• Commercial awareness with a strategic, growth-focused mindset
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience managing fee earners
• Collaborative, proactive and entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to contribute strategically to the continued growth and development of the practice area
