Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor (1-2 PQE) - Milton Keynes

We are a well established and highly regarded law firm seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join our busy partner led team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected private client practice handling a broad and varied caseload for individuals, families, and high net worth clients.

Responsibilities

You will advise clients across the full spectrum of private client matters:

• Drafting simple and complex wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and estate planning
• Tax and succession planning
• Advising high net worth individuals, including matters involving repatriation and cross border estate considerations

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years' PQE
• Experience managing a varied private client caseload
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
• Show empathy and sensitivity when dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients, as well as emotionally sensitive matters
• Be organised, personable, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment
• STEP qualification or progress toward STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
