• Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Advising on mental capacity and Court of Protection matters
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and tax planning

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in private client law
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
