Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join a respected and growing firm in Nottingham. The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, offering clear progression prospects and the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of private client matters including:
  • Wills and succession planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trust creation and management
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
• Provide clear, empathetic and high-quality legal advice to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Participate in business development initiatives, networking, and maintaining referrer relationships.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory, SRA and firm standards.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge across the full range of private client matters.
• Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently and independently.
• STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous but not essential.
