A reputable Lanarkshire firm is recruiting a Senior Private Client Solicitor for its Airdrie office. This role provides the opportunity to work with an established local client base and take on a central role within the private client team.

Role Requirements

  • Managing an executry-focused private client caseload
  • Advising on wills, powers of attorney, executries and related matters
  • Providing guidance to junior and administrative staff
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues within the office

Experience

  • Scottish-Qualified Solicitor with private client exposure
  • Executry experience essential

Skills

  • Reliable technical competency in executries and private client work
  • Practical, empathetic communication
  • Comfortable supervising others
  • Preference for an office-based environment
