Private Client Solicitor

Service care is working with a reputable law firm in Inverness loking for a solicitor to join their Private Client team, who prides themselves on its collaborative culture, strong technical expertise and genuine commitment to professional development.The Role This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners and the Head of Private Client while playing a key role in developing and strengthening the firm's Private Client offering in Inverness.You will handle a broad and high-quality caseload including:

• Estate and succession planning for high-net-worth clients, including those with business and agricultural interests
• Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and letters of wishes
• Establishment, administration and wind-up of trusts (including personal injury trusts) and charities
• Inheritance Tax and Capital Tax planning

The Candidate Applications are sought from solicitors with:

• A minimum of 4 years' PQE in Private Client- Previous Private Client experience is essential.
• Strong technical expertise across estate administration, tax and trust matters
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, organisation and ability to manage caseload
