Job DetailsLocation: North Yorkshire.
Salary: £40,000+ (DOE).
You will manage a varied non contentious private client caseload, drawing on your technical expertise and experience, and may undertake contentious probate matters, with option to develop a mixed practice.

The CandidatePrivate Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, ideally having obtained the STEP Diploma. Proven experience managing caseload and strong background in wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, and trusts. Experience with high net worth individuals, estate planning matters and farm clients is highly desirable.
Must work independently and as part of a team, be fully IT literate, demonstrate client care and interpersonal skills, and be self motivated and eager to participate in business development.
