OVERVIEW
  • With a minimum of 4 years' PQE gained within a reputable practice you will be confident working on your own initiative and effectively within a team environment.
  • You will produce high quality legal services to clients on all aspects of private client law including wills, trusts, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning and Court of Protection work.
  • You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of files, dealing with a wide range of clients and will have the willingness to get stuck in with the business development and marketing of the firm.
  • You will have excellent technical skills with exceptional client management skills.
  • You must have a get up and go attitude coupled with ability to play an active role in networking activities, as this will be key to progressing the department long-term.
