Job Description

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices in Holsworthy and Bude, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly and professional team.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

  • Wills and estate planning

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Trusts

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • Court of Protection work

The role will involve direct client contact, providing empathetic and professional advice, and building long-term relationships with the local community.

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client law.

  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client care.

  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a supportive team.
