Salary: Up to £50,000

A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE to join their friendly and dedicated team. This is a fantastic chance to manage your own caseload and contribute to the growth of the department.
The role will involve:
Handling a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and trusts.
Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
Managing relationships with clients in a sensitive and professional manner.
Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation.
Supporting business development initiatives to enhance the department's profile.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE in Private Client law.
Have excellent client care skills and the ability to work with empathy and discretion.
Demonstrate technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client work.
Show initiative and a proactive approach to growing your expertise and client base.
Ideally have STEP membership or be working towards this qualification (desirable but not essential).
