About the Role
A leading regional law firm with a strong presence in Dorset is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team. Known for delivering a personal and professional service to generations of families, the firm offers a collaborative and friendly environment with a clear focus on employee wellbeing and progression.

You will be joining a well-established Private Client department with a strong referral network and loyal client base. The role is suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, is passionate about client service, and is looking to grow within a forward-thinking firm.

You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Probate and estate administration
• Drafting Wills and advising on inheritance planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Care of the elderly
• Basic and complex Trusts

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEx) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE (very flexible).
• Have a solid background in private client law, particularly Wills, LPAs, and probate matters
• Ideally have some experience or interest in Trusts work
• Be a proactive and empathetic adviser with strong client care skills
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive and high-performing team
