Position overview for this Private Client Solicitor role:

• Trusts and wills
• Inheritance tax
• estate planning and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection applications

The Private Client Solicitor role:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE
• The ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A client-centred focus, taking responsibility for service levels and proactively maximising and improving client relationships.
• IT skills - use of a probate case management would be beneficial.
• A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal.
