Private Client Solicitor

We're working with a well-established and growing firm based in Ipswich who are looking to expand their Private Client offering. If you're confident working with a broad range of clients-from high-net-worth individuals to business owners and families-and you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, this could be a great fit.

What's the role about?
This is a varied position where you'll be:

• Taking client instructions and providing clear, practical legal advice tailored to their individual needs
• Managing your own caseload efficiently - keeping things organised, accurate, and on time
• Staying in regular contact with clients, and coordinating with other professionals involved in their affairs
• Working towards agreed targets, whether that's around service quality or broader departmental goals
• Playing an active role in improving internal systems and processes, helping the team adapt to changing client expectations
• Supporting business development and building long-term professional relationships
• (Depending on your experience) Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing your expertise with the wider team
