Private Client Solicitor - (Senior)

This Senior Private Client Solicitor role is based in Gloucestershire and offers a full time position with a salary range of £55,000 to £75,000 per annum. You will manage a broad caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, trusts, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, trusts and succession planning.
• Support an established team and manage your own caseload while receiving ongoing supervision where required.
• Provide exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships.
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of post qualification experience (5 PQE) in private client law.
• Experience handling private client matters such as wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, trusts, and succession planning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a client focused approach.
