Overview

A well-established firm are looking for a private client solicitor around the 3 - 5 PQE mark to join their successful and dynamic team.

The main aspect of this opportunity is variety.

Variety in the caseload and variety in the client base-no pigeonholing here!

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload including wills, LPAs, deputyship applications, probate and estate administration work.

Many clients are relatively wealthy, so inheritance tax considerations are a common feature of matters handled.

Location

The firm is located to the north of Leeds, capturing the geographic patch on the way to Harrogate in the caseload.
