An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well regarded and expanding Private Client team based in Wolverhampton. This role is perfectly suited to a driven and organised legal professional who is keen to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive law firm that truly values its people.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting a busy and high quality private client team, contributing to the delivery of an outstanding client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney and trust deeds under solicitor supervision
• Liaising confidently and professionally with clients
• Organising and maintaining both digital and physical files
• Providing essential administrative support to fee earners
• Attending client meetings and assisting with follow up actions

About You

This position is ideal for an experienced paralegal who enjoys working in a client focused environment and thrives on supporting a collaborative team. You will demonstrate:

• At least two years' experience as a private client paralegal
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• A professional, approachable manner with strong communication skills
• A proactive and motivated attitude, with a commitment to high standards of service
